Recently it has surfaced that a female NASA Astronaut has gone stalker on a rival over the affections of a fellow Male Astronaut.

Re: Does the psychotic conduct of Astronauts harm Nasa?

NASA had some very very strict psychological profiles back in the Mercury/Apollo days. Over time as it has become more of a civilian agency, I think the profiles have become much more lax. So it might reflect on NASA for making the process easier to overcome, but it could just be a lapse in judgement on part of someone. People are known to do some weird things (myself included!), and I don't think that should reflect on NASA as a whole.
